Three swords pierce a heart in the rain. The image gives direct form to pain arising from truth, loss, or distance. It acknowledges hurt without immediately turning it into an uplifting lesson. Naming the wound can be a first step toward recovery.

Reversed meaning
Someone may be starting to put feelings into words, or denying them while the pain continues to affect daily life. Reversal does not guarantee forgiveness or reunion; it points to the process of working through hurt.
